We’re honored you’re considering Big Moose Inn for your celebration. Nestled on the peaceful shores of Millinocket Lake, the Inn blends classic Maine hospitality with casual elegance — perfect for weddings, elopements, and milestone gatherings.
The historic Fredericka’s Dining Room seats up to 90 guests and features warm wood interiors, vintage decor, and panoramic windows overlooking the lake. Guests enjoy the comfort of a mountain lodge paired with elegant dining and attentive service.
- $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your date
- Minimum 75 guests required to reserve the evening (prices held 30 days)
- Setup fee typically $200 +; on-property weddings require a $2,000 venue fee
- All alcohol must be provided and served by the venue (Maine law)
- If a band/DJ is in the lodge, all rooms must be rented by your party; music ends by 10 PM
